Pump

Class that utilizes body weight and weight equipment for muscle strength and endurance training.


TRX

A new kind of exercise that will build and tone your muscles. The highlight of this exercise is core training which can be applied to different types of training such as strength, endurance, balance, stretching and cardio trainings.


Bike

(Lv.1-3) A cycling class which strengthen heart muscle and test your body endurance. There are three levels to choose from; Basic, Intermediate, and Advance. This class can burn up to 500 calories (45 minutes).


Yoga

For improved core strength, flexibility, posture, endurance amongst many others benefits we offer Fitness yoga, Hot yoga , Hatha yoga, Dynamic Flow yoga, Yoga buddy.

• Fitness Yoga

Trains you to breathe and meditate properly along with streching and relaxing your muscles. Keep your internal and external body function perform better.

• Hot Yoga

Yoga in a room of 37-degree temperature will increase your muscle flexibility and decontaminate waste from your body. This class will strengthen health systems in the body such as cardio, digestive, and immune system as well as increase metabolic system leaving your skin fresh and healthy.

• Hatha Yoga

Trains you to breathe and meditate properly along with streching and relaxing your muscles. Keep your internal and external body function perform better.

• Dynamic Flow Yoga

A fast movement Yoga focusing on muscle strength and tone your muscle. Ideal for those who already have Yogo background.

• Yoga Buddy

Increase strength and flexibilty of the body. Relax physical and emotional stress.Trainees in this class will have a chance to help each other and make a big difference than training on their own.


Full body Circuit

A cardio training which strengthens body muscles by combining body weight training and cardio training together within the given time.


Pilates

is a very safe exercise due to its low impact. The exercise movements are smooth, continuous, and flowing designed specifially for whole body exercise along with breathing control.
